1.1 MagicBrush:AI-Powered Painting ("the App") is an AI-based digital art creation tool that transforms your ideas into visual artwork using advanced machine learning algorithms.

1.2 The App is provided by MagicBrush Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Acceptable Use

2.1 You agree not to use MagicBrush to create content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Generates sexually explicit material (non-artistic nudity is permitted for artistic purposes)
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Attempts to create photorealistic depictions of real individuals without consent

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 All artwork generated through MagicBrush is considered your original creation, provided it doesn't infringe on others' rights.

3.2 You may use generated artwork for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Privacy & Data

4.1 We store your prompts and generated images temporarily to improve our AI models, but this data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.

4.2 You may opt out of data collection in the App settings.

5. Prohibited Commercial Uses

5.1 You may not use MagicBrush to:

• Mass-produce artwork for sale without significant human modification
• Create content for adult entertainment platforms
• Generate counterfeit products or deceptive merchandise

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
